What imagEdit can do

Pick a tool, drop in your files, download the result. That's the whole workflow.

Compress images online

Shrink JPG, PNG and WebP files by 60–80% with no visible quality loss. Pick your own quality level to hit a specific upload limit — perfect for job portals, admission forms and government sites that cap file size.

imagEdit FAQs

Common questions about our free tools

Is imagEdit really free?

Yes. Every tool in imagEdit — image compression, image to PDF and PDF to image — is completely free. There is no sign-up, no watermark on your output and no daily limit on how many files you process.

How much can imagEdit compress an image?

It depends on the source file, but typical JPG and PNG photos shrink by 60–80% with no visible difference. You choose the quality level, so you can trade a little more sharpness for a much smaller file when you need to hit an upload limit.

What happens to the files I upload?

Files are processed on our server and then deleted automatically after processing. They are never shared, never indexed and never used for anything other than producing your output file.

Can I convert several images into one PDF?

Yes. Upload as many images as you need, arrange them in order, and imagEdit bundles them into a single PDF document — useful for sending scanned forms, receipts or admission documents as one file.

Can I extract pages from a PDF as images?

Yes. Upload a PDF and imagEdit renders each page as a high-resolution image. You can download individual pages or take the whole set as a single ZIP file.

Which file formats are supported?

imagEdit handles the common web and camera image formats including JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP, plus standard PDF documents for the PDF-to-image tool.

Do I need to install anything?

No. imagEdit runs entirely in your browser on desktop and mobile. There is nothing to download and nothing to install.
