What is Asaan School?
Asaan School is a complete school management system for Pakistan. It handles admissions, student records, attendance, fee collection, exams and result cards, timetables and parent communication from a single web dashboard.
Can Asaan School handle fee collection?
Yes. You can define fee heads, generate monthly challans in bulk, record cash and bank payments, track defaulters automatically and issue receipts. Fees can also be collected online through Asaan Pay so parents pay by Raast QR or card.
Do parents get their own access?
Yes. Each family gets a parent portal showing their child’s attendance, fee status, exam results and school announcements — which removes most of the phone calls the office deals with every day.
Is Asaan School suitable for academies and madaris?
Yes. The class, subject and fee structures are configurable, so tuition academies, coaching centres and madaris can set it up around their own timetable and fee model rather than a rigid school template.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are running within a week. We help you import your existing student list, set up classes, sections and fee heads, and train your office staff — remotely or on site depending on where you are.
Can we generate report cards?
